Algeria: SCS receives bids for Oum-El-Bouaghi plant construction31 March 2014, Published under Cement NewsSociété des Ciments de Sigus (SCS) has received bids from French, Danish and Chinese bidders to build its new cement works in Oum-El-Bouaghi, Algeria. The EUR350m project will see the construction of a 2Mta cement works, which is part of the investments planned by Groupe Industriel des Ciments d’Algerie (GICA).
